Accelerating Corporate Clean Energy Deployment in Emerging Markets

This event, an official affiliate event of the Global Climate Action Summit, will showcase business and government renewable energy leadership in emerging markets in a series of three panels:
- Corporate Supply Chain Commitments: Panelists from Microsoft, Novartis, and other major companies will highlight their global clean energy commitments and share implementation progress in key emerging markets.
- Perspectives from Regional Developers and Suppliers: Representatives from SunPower, General Electric, and Schneider Electric will discuss clean energy investment trends in emerging markets and key policy or regulatory structures that enable renewable deployment.
- Government Commitments and Pathways for NDC Implementation: Government representatives and policy experts will share national and subnational clean energy commitments and discuss how tangible policy and regulatory actions are unlocking private investment and advancing implementation of NDCs and international climate goals.
This event is organized by the Clean Energy Investment Accelerator, World Resources Institute, Allotrope Partners, RE100, Abt Associates, International Renewable Energy Agency, the Stanley Center, World Wildlife Fund, and World Business Council for Sustainable Development.
