Peace in Our Cities Peace Incentive Fund Webinar: City of Guadalajara, Mexico and the City of Escobedo, Mexico
Registration Required
Join Peace in Our Cities on January 26 for the first in a series of 2022 webinars that will highlight work done under the Peace Incentive Fund. Our first webinar will feature insights from grantees in the City of Guadalajara, Mexico and the City of Escobedo, Mexico. In Guadalajara, the PIF funds brought police, teenagers and adults together in a neutral space to undergo a series of cultural activities designed to build trust between law enforcement and the community. In Escobedo, the funds supported the municipality’s ongoing project that provides housing, counseling, and employment for women and children who are affected by any type of interpersonal or societal violence. The webinar will include English and Spanish interpretation.
