New Twists on Old Nukes

After the conclusion of the first day of the 2019 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference, the center will host an cocktail hour at a nearby venue for DC-based journalists covering national security, international news, and nuclear policy. The event will consist of three invited speakers each giving a five minute “lightning talk” related to the question: How is technology changing the conversation on nuclear policy? These will be followed by a quick Q&A session. Once the lightning talks conclude, the floor will open up for informal conversation and mingling.
