Heather Maxwell is a senior operations technology specialist at the Stanley Center for Peace and Security, where she supports the center’s mission by ensuring that all technology, software, and related systems enable excellence. Before joining the Stanley Center, Maxwell was an administrative assistant and help desk technician at Stanley Consultants, a learning and development coordinator at Kent Corporation, and the executive administrative assistant to the president of Iowans for Tax Relief.
