UN Issues – Strategies and Next Steps for R2P: A Conversation with UN Member States

The Stanley Center, in collaboration with the UN Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide (OSAPG), will convene a group of select member states for a roundtable discussion of next steps on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P). The objective is to deepen engagement with member states on R2P, particularly Pillars 1 and 2, and encourage more robust dialogue and consideration of state responsibility and a strategy for prevention.
