Second International Meeting of the Global Action Against Mass Atrocity Crimes
The Second International Meeting of the Global Action Against Mass Atrocity Crimes (GAAMAC II) on “Preventing atrocities: How to strengthen national atrocity prevention architectures” will take place 2–4 February 2016 in Manila, Philippines.
The objective of GAAMAC II is to convene representatives of interested governments, regional organizations, NGOs, and relevant UN offices to discuss and identify the challenges of developing state architectures in atrocity prevention, and to strengthen the capacities and strategies of states and governmental organizations in this field.
