Nuclear Security Governance Experts Group Workshop: Nuclear Governance in the Post-Summit Period

This workshop, titled Nuclear Governance in the Post-Summit Period, will take place immediately before the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit (NSS) and related nuclear industry and expert summits. Its purpose is to discuss how to continue improving global nuclear security after the summits end by building on the work done by all three sectors during the last six years.

A special focus will be placed on next steps for the initiatives that the Nuclear Security Governance Experts Group has advocated for during the NSS process and how our group should evolve in the post-summit period.

The Nuclear Security Governance Experts Group is a globally diverse group with broad nuclear sector experience working to define a long-term vision for nuclear security and a path for achieving a secure nuclear future.
